We make clothes the way the city makes winter — patiently, with attention to light, and never more than is needed.
Founded in 2024 in a converted print-shop on Södermalm, Volera began as a question: what would a wardrobe look like if every piece were designed to be worn for ten winters? The answer arrived slowly, and is still arriving.
Each collection is cut in small, counted runs by a partner mill in Borås. We choose fibres for their longevity, not their season, and finish every garment by hand. There is no rush, and no surplus.
Twelve pieces a year. No more. We design for the wardrobe that already exists, not the one a campaign invents.
Natural fibres, traceable mills, undyed where possible. We publish the supply chain in full at the close of each season.
Every Volera piece is sold with a lifetime mending service. Send it back; we'll keep it walking.
Drop access opens to subscribers seventy-two hours before public release. We write rarely, and never about anything else.
